Why are your prices so low?

That’s because of our low overhead. We opt to have our own facility - rent free. We are a family-owned business, so less payroll stuff. We own our equipment, which means lower operating expenses. We use EV cars, solar energy and AI! lots and lots of AI!

Customized shirts shouldn’t break your bank, so we pass the savings to you.

How long will it take before the product ships?

This is called production lead time.

It takes about 1-5 business days for us to make your shirt. Most Graphic Tees are in-stock so they ship quicker than custom-made shirts. Digital Designs can be downloaded right away.

Production Lead Time + Shipping Time = Total Order Time

What is your return policy?

Customized Shirts: We do not accept returns for customized shirts unless there is a manufacturer defect. If you receive the wrong garment, wrong color, or if there is a tear or other defect, we will replace your product.

Graphic Tees: We offer a 7-day return policy for retail items. To be eligible for a return, tags must be intact, and the product must be unused.

Digital Designs: All sales are final.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment but we're really thinking about it!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Apple Pay.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
